  • Messages, campaigns, and workflows may be sent automatically according to rules and triggers you configure.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, configuring, and managing your automation and AI settings, including message content, frequency, and targeting.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content and you should review outputs before relying on them.

📲 5. SMS & Communication Terms

By providing your phone number or using our communication features, you consent to receive SMS, phone calls, emails, and other communications from us and, where applicable, from your business using our platform. You understand and agree that:

  • Message frequency may vary depending on your usage and campaign settings.
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications.
  • You can reply HELP for assistance or additional information.

If you use our platform to message your own contacts, you agree that you will:

  • Only contact users who have provided the required consent under applicable laws.
  • Comply with all relevant communication and marketing laws and regulations (including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and 10DLC requirements).
  • Not send spam, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized messages or content.
  • Maintain your own internal opt-out and preference management processes as required by law.

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in automation workflows or AI-generated responses.
  • Misuse of the platform or violations of law by you or your users.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions, content, or data, except where required by applicable law.

In all cases, LevelUp Automations’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if greater.

Our Services may integrate with, link to, or depend on third-party products, services, or websites. These third parties are independent from LevelUp Automations and have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
